Delivery & returns

Everything in the shop is printed after you order it, by our printing partner Printful: in Riga (Latvia) for Europe and at the nearest partner facility for the rest of the world. Nothing waits in a warehouse, so there is no overstock and no waste.

Where we deliver

To almost every country – the list is in your bag. Printful does not deliver to Russia and Belarus, and a few small territories cannot be served; if your country is not in the list, we cannot ship there yet.

How long it takes

  • Printing: 2–5 business days after your order.
  • Shipping in Europe: usually 1–2 weeks after printing. Elsewhere: 2–4 weeks. The bag shows the estimate for your country before you pay.
  • You get a tracking link on your order page as soon as the parcel is on its way.

What it costs

  • Shipping is priced by country and shown in the bag before you pay. For a T-shirt or a mug within Europe it is about €5; a hoodie a little more.
  • Orders of €60 or more (products, after any discount) ship free with the standard service. Faster services, where offered, are charged at cost.
  • Outside the EU, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes on arrival. They are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Returns and refunds

  • You may change your mind within 14 days of receiving the order, no reason needed. Write to hello@everydaymotivation.org with your order number; we send the return address. The items go back unworn and unwashed, you pay the return shipping, and we refund the products within 14 days of receiving them (the original shipping is refunded when the whole order comes back).
  • A damaged, misprinted or wrong item: send us a photo within 30 days and we reprint it or refund it – no need to send it back.
  • The legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law applies in any case.

Sizes

The T-shirt and the hoodie are unisex; every product page has a size guide with garment measurements in centimetres and inches. When in doubt between two sizes, most people take the larger one for the hoodie.
