Shop terms

These terms apply to orders in the shop at shop.everydaymotivation.org. The seller is Smart Digital OÜ, registry code 14355468, J. Vilmsi tn 41, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, VAT number EE102016390, hello@everydaymotivation.org. For everything else on everydaymotivation.org the general Terms of the site apply; where they differ, these shop terms take precedence for orders.

1. Ordering

  • An order is placed when you pay on the checkout page run by Stripe. We confirm it on the thank-you page and Stripe sends the receipt by email.
  • Every item is printed on demand after your order. If something cannot be printed or delivered, we tell you and refund the payment in full.
  • You must be 18 or older to order, or have a parent’s permission.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately before you pay. Outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country and are not included.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Link, SEPA and others shown at checkout). We never see your card number.
  • Supporter discount: supporters of Everyday Motivation get 10% off products (not shipping) – with monthly support for as long as it is paid, with one-time support for 30 days. It applies automatically to orders placed with the email address of the support payment, is personal and cannot be combined with other discounts (the larger one applies). If a support payment is refunded or disputed, the discount ends.

3. Delivery

Delivery is made by our printing partner Printful (Printful, Inc. and Printful Latvia SIA) from its EU facilities to most countries. Times and costs are on the page “Delivery & returns” and in your bag before you pay. Delivery times are estimates, not promises; if a parcel is lost, we reship or refund.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, by email to hello@everydaymotivation.org. We honour this for our printed items too. Return the items unworn and unwashed within 14 days of your notice; you bear the cost of the return. We refund within 14 days of receiving the items, by the payment method you used.

5. Defects

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, tell us within 30 days with a photo: we reprint or refund it. The legal guarantee of conformity (two years under EU law) applies in any case. Normal wear and care mistakes (hot wash, ironing the print) are not defects.

6. Content

The drawings, characters, lines and texts on the products belong to Smart Digital OÜ. The products are for personal use; please do not reproduce the designs or resell the items as new.

7. Liability, law, disputes

  • We are liable under Estonian law and the EU consumer rules that apply to you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
  • Estonian law applies. Disputes can be brought to the courts of your country of residence or Estonia; consumers in Estonia may also contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
